Was looking for a car for my wife and came upon Supreno cars as they had a vehicle I was interested in. Right from go, Tahmas was very informative and answered all my queries. For reasons beyond his control the original purchase could not be completed but I was so impressed that I asked him to source a car for us. Tahmas always returned calls and messages although a very busy man. Got a super used Toyota Yaris fully serviced and near full 12 month MOT, Warranty and AA Checked for peace of mind. I dealt with Tahmas remotely but dealing with him was a pleasure. Even after the purchase, queries have been promptly responded to.

We bought a used Ford Fiesta from Supreno Cars for our daughter and we are delighted with our purchase. We put a fully refundable deposit down should we had decided not to go ahead. I found the service given by Tahmas at Supreno Cars to be polite and professional. He gave me room to view the car on my own and then time for a test drive without any feeling on my part that I was being rushed into buying the vehicle. When I had decided that I wanted to purchase the car it wasn't a difficult process and was quickly concluded. What an experience! Supreno will forever be where I buy cars. I bought a Rav 4 which looks and feels new despite its age and mileage. They took all the time I needed to go through every detail, I never felt rushed or coerced. I trust them 100%, and anyway the 8 month warranty covers everything within reason.

Thomas at Supreno Cars is the most professional and helpful car dealer I have over met. I purchased a Peugeot 308, drove it for a few days but did not really enjoy the driving experience. An engine management light was a displayed on the third dayI went back to Supreno Cars and explained the problem. Thomas agreed to sort the problem out and loaned me a Toyota Prius whilst the Peugeot was being repaired. Later I felt that I did not wish to continue with the purchase of the Peugeot. Thomas offered to return the purchase price in full or source another car for me. I was happy with the Toyota and Thomas agreed to let me have it. He also discounted the Toyota in compensation for my trouble. Supreno cars are a delight to do business with and I cannot praise the enough. Needless to say I would buy my next cars from this dealer.
